CHIROPRACTIC
Many clients see us not because of an issue or injury but for regular maintenance. Coming in for regular checkups to ensure your spine stays aligned allows us to catch potential problems before they occur.
Wellness is where the magic happens; your body changes and heals while you’re in the restoration phase. When you hit wellness, deeper healing occurs.
PRENATAL CHIROPRACTIC
One of the best things you can do during pregnancy is to seek regular prenatal chiropractic care. Prenatal chiropractic care provides so many things a pregnant body needs: a flexible and balanced spine, hips, and pelvis; internal organs without postural stress and freedom from nerve stress—all essential for a healthy pregnancy and delivery.
Pregnancy is a revolution. In addition to starting or adding to your family, your body is undergoing massive changes as it grows new life.
PEDIATRIC CHIROPRACTIC
Pediatric care starts at 1 week old. Spinal trauma can start in utero; birth trauma can increase spinal subluxations in infants. Misalignments to the spine in infants can lead to torticollis, ear infections, and colic.
Kids with spinal misalignment can present with ADHD, bedwetting, or sleep disturbances. We recommend evaluating all infants as soon as possible to correct any interferences.

CANINE CHIROPRACTIC
Any and every dog will benefit from a chiropractic adjustment. I have corrected minor misalignments on young puppies who play too hard, fall downstairs, run into walls, and all the other precarious puppy situations.
Agility dogs and working dogs can stay in optimal health by seeing a dog chiropractor every two to three months for routine maintenance.
Senior dogs certainly benefit from having their joints adjusted on a routine basis. Canine chiropractic adjustments can be part of a wellness plan.

CRANIAL FACIAL RELEASE
Cranial Facial Release (CFR) is an advanced endo-nasal “balloon-assisted” cranial adjusting technique that has been used quite successfully in the treatment of various respiratory, neurological, and structural disorders. CFR is a drug and surgery-free technique and offers relief for common breathing issues such as snoring, difficulty breathing at night, allergies and congestion, and sinusitis.
AUTO ACCIDENT CARE
If you’ve been in an auto accident, Florida requires you to seek medical treatment within 14 days. Most symptoms do not appear until 7-10 days post-accident. Even if you’re feeling fine, we recommend seeking an initial evaluation and x-rays to determine the severity of your injuries.
Whiplash can cause damage to the low back and neck areas of the spine, which can lead to early degeneration, arthritis, and chronic pain.
SPINAL DECOMPRESSION
Decompression therapy opens up the spaces in areas like your spine or knees where the spinal nerve roots pass through to reduce pressure on them. This can also help reposition joints and treat slipped discs, so you don’t continue having severe or disruptive pain.
Mechanical traction can be used to provide spinal compression therapy. This involves manually opening up the spaces where spinal nerve roots pass through.
SHOCKWAVE THERAPY
Non-invasive shockwave therapy increases blood flow and promotes natural healing at the cellular level.
Shockwave therapy is used to treat all sorts of conditions, from chronic pain to sports injuries to conditions like restless leg and arthritis! Unfocused shock waves spread energy to a larger and deeper tissue area, allowing for greater healing than radial waves without any side effects.
DRY NEEDLING
During a dry needling treatment, one or more thin, monofilament needles are inserted into a muscle trigger point. A trigger point is a local band of tight, irritable and dysfunctional muscle tissue. This often emerges because of injury, overuse or poor movement patterns.
Trigger points can disrupt your muscle function, restrict your range of motion or cause pain and tenderness.

LASER THERAPY
The most common wavelengths used in skincare are blue, red, and near-infrared (NIR). Red light therapy is a term that encompasses both red and NIR light.
Red and blue light therapy is commonly used to improve skin health, although the two wavelength groups have different effects. Near-infrared wavelengths penetrate deep into muscles, joints, and the brain to support the body’s natural healing mechanisms. Their main positive effect is reducing inflammation deeper in the body.
CUPPING THERAPY
Cupping isn’t a new health trend—it’s been around for thousands of years and is a technique used in traditional Chinese medicine. Proponents of cupping therapy believe it can help boost blood flow to speed up your body’s natural healing process.
The primary side effects of cupping are bruising and skin irritation. Both should heal on their own in 7-10 days. There is also a small risk of infection.
CUSTOM ORTHOTICS
The Sole Support addresses the underlying cause of pain, foot deformities, disability, and injuries. In other words, postural collapse. It is especially effective for Plantar Fasciitis because raising the arch takes tension off of this tearing ligament.
In the foot, posture controls function. Most orthotics fail to address posture. Sole Supports is the most aggressive postural correction that you can accept with your anatomy. Only Sole Supports accurately captures your feet in their ideal posture.
