Birth Doula
Every labor and birth is unique and has its own set of challenges and triumphs. We are there to provide physical, emotional, and educational support during your labor.
Postpartum Doula
Bringing a new baby home can be very intimidating. Whether this is your first, second or last baby. We are here to help ease this transition and allow you to settle into your new life.
Breastfeeding
Breastfeeding can be wonderful and difficult for moms. We provide counseling and support prior to the baby and after birth to ease the stress.
Childbirth Education
Everywhere you turn you are likely receiving advice about how to birth, parent, feed, and care for your yet unborn child. We’re here to help navigate the waters of pregnancy and birth.
Our 3 Step Process
Complimentary Consultation
Many families like to learn a little more about what is available to them, and that is why we are always available to connect. Consultations are a great way to learn more about the benefits, ask all of your questions, and meet the team. In many situations, choosing your doula can be an emotional decision, and feeling comfortable is important. We would love to chat!
Prenatal Meetings
These meetings are to pass on vital information to you. They are to explain what your body is doing in each phase, information on all potential interventions so you can decide what is best for you, and to teach your family how to support you in the moment with a wide variety of tools. The focus is customizing preparations on what is important to you, and your preferences.
Birth Support
You have an all-access pass to your doula for the entirety of the birth process for informational & emotional support. Our role is to be your educator to keep you informed, comfortable and calm during your baby’s ‘birth’ day. Your doula will also assist in the baby’s first feeding, whether you choose to breastfeed, bottle feed, or exclusively pump.
