  I am a busy mama of 3 girls and life can catch up really fast. I’m so happy to know there is an amazing chiropractor down the road to straighten out my hot mess “life”. By life, I mean alignment of my two girls under 10, addressing my random headaches, addressing my daughter’s deep rooted issues related to her spine, my husbands lower back pain... She has it all covered! She’s efficient and personable. That’s huge for me because I hate hearing the snap, crackle, and pop.

  I first went to see Dr. Grainger after several bad experiences with chiropractors. I was hesitant to say the least. After my very first visit, I was sure I had found the one! She takes the time to listen to your concerns and address them with you without making you feel rushed. She gets to know her patients, you're not just another number in her office. I can't say enough good things about her and her staff!

  They care more for their patience. The last place we went to became unprofessional.

  I have been coming to ultimate spine and wellness for about 6 months now and have never been happier with my treatment! I have sever migraines and after Dr. Grainger sees me they are significantly less. I always know when I need to be seen. Never a long wait time. The office staff is superb!   I can't give Dr. Grainger and staff enough stars! After a couple weeks there my back and neck pain has subsided and on a Friday afternoon when my hip was bothering me they even made time for me to be seen well after they should have been closing up! I highly recommend ultimate for your health needs!

  This is the best chiropractor office i have ever visited! The staff is amazing and very accommodating with scheduling as well as helping out with watching your little one while you get adjusted. We have been seeing Dr Grainger recently for a car accident injury as well as having our son readjusted from birth and it has helped us 100%! He sleeps throughout the night and is the happiest baby. Highly recommend stopping in to see them for an adjustment or massage!

  I had an adjustment while i was pregnant and then again 1 week post partum and it definitely helped with recovery! Dr. Grainger also adjusted my newborn.

  This is the most comprehensive office I Have ever been in ,the staff is amazing They will move mountains to get you in when you are in pain or need attention. The whole approach used here is healing the whole body and setting you on a course for a pain free life that does not involve chemicals or things that just aren't good for you. Doctor Granger has answers to so many questions and if she doesn't know she knows where her resources are to get the answers and she promptly gets back to you. I am so glad my husband and I are on the path to recovery with such a caring doctor and staff

  Jamie fixed my stiff neck just like she said she would!! I was iffy about seeing a chiropractor I had never been to one before but she explained everything and made it comfortable and man on man I wish I knew it would feel like this before. I would have never dealt with sore neck or back pain like I did in the past.... she’s the best!!

  After my car accident we came in to see Dr Grainger, me, my husband and my 2 month old son. 4 weeks later and we feel amazing. The adjusments on my son even helped with so many other issues he had from his birth like digestive issues and issues sleeping. He is doing so much better and we feel amazing 🙂

My husband, Mark, and I are visiting from IL for 6 weeks. Mark has had problems with his back off and on. His back went out while here causing severe pain. I called and he was able to get an appt the same day. (office staff very friendly) Back home Mark has seen different chiropractors but Dr Grainger was able to do what others couldn't. Today I saw her for only the second time, and she was able to pop the right side of my neck, and INSTANTLY all of the clicking I've been having is gone. It feels like my head is finally correctly attached to the rest of my body, I haven't felt this good and had this much range of motion in my neck in nearly a year. Thanks Dr. G!
